We don't sell doors we can't service later - if a part is going to be a headache to source in five years, we'll tell you that before you buy it, not after.

After You Call
When you call, we ask for the door's symptom, the rough age of the house if you know it, and whether the opener is original or has been replaced. That's usually enough to bring the right spring size and cable gauge on the first trip instead of a second one.
We'll give you a time window, not an exact minute - traffic on Route 50 into Annapolis at certain hours makes exact minutes a bad promise to make. Someone will call ahead when they're on the way.
On site, the tech looks at the whole system, not just the symptom you called about.
